1. OUR CONTRACT
All bookings are made with Terra Peru Aventuras. By booking a trip with us you are deemed to have agreed to these Booking Conditions and your booking will be accepted by us on this basis. The services to be provided are those referred to in your booking confirmation. Before your trip, print your entire itinerary with the inclusions and exclusions of your expedition for be sure that we are completing all the service.
2. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
You are required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total price tour per person for your booking to be confirmed with the object to buy tickets to the tourist attraction like Machu Picchu that have limit of 2500 persons per day. If your booking is made within 15 days of the departure date (just for some our alternatives hikes), then the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
3. YOUR DETAILS
In order for us to confirm your trip, you must provide all your personal information. include full name as per passport, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and any pre-existing medical conditions you have which may affect your ability to complete your travel. Your booking cannot be confirmed without provision of all these details.
4. CANCELLATION BY THE TRAVELER
In case of cancellation by the client, this must be notified to Terra Peru Travel Aventuras in writing. Please note that the program deposit is non-refundable 30 days prior to departure.
5. CANCELLATION BY Terra Peru AVENTURAS
We may cancel a trip if, due to terrorism, natural disasters like earthquakes, landslides political instability or other external events if is not viable for us to operate our itinerary. If we cancel a trip you may choose an alternative trip or receiving a full refund. In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking such as, vaccinations or non-refundable flights.
6. ALL INCLUSIONS
The price of your trip includes: all accommodation; all transport listed in the itinerary; Entrances fee and some meals according what tour did you choose; the services of a group leaders also are including.
7. SMALL GROUPS
Our trips are guaranteed to depart once they have two travelers; this means at times we can have very small groups and our maximum group size is 8 persons, but if you are traveling with your family or friend and are bigger than 8 we can book a special journey plus 1 assistant guide.
8. TRAVEL RISK
Some of Terra Peru Aventuras itineraries have been designed to provide participants with an exposure to the true nature of the environment visited. They therefore involve an element of personal risk and exposure to potential, which could result in physical or emotional injury, paralysis, death, or damage to the client, his/her property or to third parties. The client understands that such risks simply cannot be eliminated without jeopardizing the essential qualities of the activity and therefore assumes them as part of the tour. The client accepts that he/she is aware of his physical and health condition and that, under the knowledge of this he/she decides to undertake the abovementioned risks. The client excludes Terra Peru Aventuras from any responsibility linked to any accident or injury that may occur associated to the clients’ health, physical condition or other.
9. AUTHORITY ON TOUR
At all times the decision of the guide or representative of the company will be final in all matters likely to endanger the safety and well-being of the tourism group. The client must always strictly comply with the laws, customs and drug regulations in Peru. If the customer does not comply with the above mentioned, or if the customer interferes with the well-being of the group then the guide or company representative can order the client to leave the tour without recourse to any refund.
10. PHOTOS AND MARKETING
Some of our expeditions are accompanied by a professional photographer in that case you consent to us using images of you taken during the trip for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium we choose. You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use such images for publicity and promotional purposes of our company.
11. PAYMENTS.
Reservations are considered confirmed with the 50% advance payment and the rest is made 30 days before the start of the service in Cusco.
PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE THROUGH:
